I just got a lot of it recently and I have no idea what they are...? If anyone can give me some insight or help or advice as to what they are that would help greatly.
that seems a lot. mine was sebaceous cyst due to ingrown hair and clogged oils. i had one but i had it excised last week.

You could have a combination of different things going on here: some may be natural Fordyce Spots - I would play it safe and get a doctor to check these, or if you are in the UK go to a GUM Clinic at a local General Hospital …
what other ones could it be outside of fordyce spots? and yeah i might do that, i just want to make sure before i go because i do not have insurance
I understand your difficulty - as I say these are most likely to be Fordyce, however, i have NOT seen any presented in the way in which you have. This is probably because I have not seen any photos showing Fordyce that look like this, and, as I am am not a medical professional I do not have first-hand experience of visually examining Fordyce.
This is why I believe it is best for you to see a Medical Professional to make sure what you have is all fully natural, and not something else. Perhaps you could check if there are any free services in your area - these may often be targetted at so-called ‘high risk’ groups, but there may be others that you could access if cost is a major issue for you …
