ive had this problem for 2 years. i had unprotected sex with a woman and about a month later noticed bumps on the top of my penis. at first i had no problem peeing, but then i started to feel a burning sensation followed by itching. the itching is gone now but there is pain sometimes when i pee, or a burning sensation after. ive been tested for stds and theyve all come back negative. ive been told by doctors it isnt herpes or genital warts. i havent changed any soap or shampoo in between so im wondering what the problem is.
buddy, can you please do me a favor and use the flash on your phone and check your shaft and pubic area above the penis for any abnormal rashes or bumps? I'm experiencing something similar after I got urethritis in november (discharge, burning and constant urge to urinate) and now I have this bumps, doctors say it's nothing, curious if we have the same issue.
i have the same problem for 2 years also and still looking for an answer , i had the same symptoms , bumps , discharge and itching but no pain and after visiting a dermatologist and all stds tested negative she said i have a yeast infection and prescribed a cream the itching and discharge was gone i thought this is it im fine but after one year the redness is still there i went again for another stds check and all negative she told me not to worry and this redness happens after candida damages the skin it needs a lot of time to heal back. but im still kinda worried im using man 1 oil right now and it seems to help as redness is becoming better but not fully recovered .!
it used to look worst ,this after 2 years of taking care and still not completely fine.
im still going to a urologist to check for prostatitis .

With the burning sensation, the most frequent cause are urinary tract infections (UTI's) the other typical time is immediately following ejaculation when you can expect to experience some level of burning. If not limited to only then, you need to check this out with a doctor or a Urologist
