Bumps on penis and small brown bump on scrotum

Hello, please see attached. Haven’t been sexually active in 6 months or so, originally there was just one bump and over time more showed up. There is no pain or itch, they are just there. Not sure what the little brown spot is on my scrotum as well. From reading a couple other threads it kinda looked like HPV or something to me, but not sure. I thought it was pimples from not showering some days due to the quarantine and not really caring but they seem too big to be pimples, and there is no whiteheads of any kind like a regular pimple.
If this is an STD of some sort, am I going to be harmed in any way? How dangerous is this? It might take a few weeks to get to a Dr. where I am at, and I am very stressed out and worried. It was hard to get focus to take some of these pics cause I was shaking.

You are correct- they are genital warts (HPV infection). There’s no great urgency to getting them treated. Many cases just clear on their own, but most patients opt to have treatment if only because they are unsightly. You will not come to any long-term harm.

Try not to shave the area as you risk spreading the infection, but trimming with scissors is OK. Stay healthy- stop smoking (if you’re currently a smoker).
