Bumps on penis and white stuff

i have these small bumps what could they be ? the white stuff under my forskin is concerning aswell. any help is appreciated

Those are normal man i have them. The ones on your Penis head are Pearly Penile Papules and the ones on the shaft look like Fordyce spots
