Bumps on penis head and shaft

imageHi I have a few little white bumps on my penis head, I have been told they are seamen glands? But more are coming up lately, what is the cause for them to increase? image

a bit clearer picture

I think you mean sebaceous (oil) glands. Yes, that’s what they are. No treatment needed and nothing to do with sea-faring men.

Oh yes that is what I meant, is there any reason for them to multiply?

And are the bumps on my foreskin just I grown hairs?

Why now? These lumps and bumps tend to be more obvious during adolescence as they are affected by sex hormones (testosterone). If you are in your mid-teens to early 20s that would explain a lot.

Ingrowing hairs? The foreskin is actually a hairless structure! Are you referring to the small ‘bumps’ around the circumference of the glans in the last photo? These are coronal papillae and are quite normal.

In the picture i can see keratin deposits and penile pappules. both of which are completely harmless. i have both of them in my penis. not to worry about that.

Thank you, is there a reason why it would multiply? Or it just happens?

Oh okay yeah I’m 23, I mean the little lumps on my shaft skin.

They are sebaceous glands (as above).

Oh thank you for clearing that up for me

Jason

I’m sorry to bother you. I do not know if I told you that they are caused by hair follicle.

Have a great day…Ken

I told you here just in case someone else wanted to know…
