I've had these flesh-colored, clustered bumps on the head of my penis for over a year. No itching, oozing or pain - just little bumps that never go away or change. I haven't had sex in over a year and got a clean/negative STD check last year after the last encounter.
What could it be? I've scoured the web for answers and nothing looks like it except for fordyce spots or possibly HPV. Thanks for any help.
