I had protected sex with a sex worker about 5 days ago. No oral, just penetration. I am extremely paranoid and anxious at the moment and scrutinizing every detail of my genitals. I noticed these bumps on the tip of my penis and cannot recall if I had them previously.

Do they look like HSV2 or HPV (warts)?
looks like herpes, go and take a PCR swab while u still hv the lesions
But they are completely painless? No burning while urinating. Tried to see if they popped and nothing.
Could they be forcyde spots or pearly penile papules?
And they haven't changed/grown or shrunk since yesterday at all.
Freaking out right now, can't get to a doctor today because of schedule. They're completely painless and haven't grown at all in about 20 hours.
No burning no itching no discharge.
FRom what I read and learnt since I had my ob. Not everyone reacts the same, some have a mild outbreak and some have a harsh one. So instead of freaking out go and do a test. Either do IgG or PCR and they swab the lesions.
