i've had unprotected sex before and one bump showed up not to long after but it didn't spread. it was a small, firm, white lump at the base of my penis. i noticed smaller ones on the underside but they seem to be normal. I've popped the bigger one before and white solid pus came out. it went away for a while but i noticed it came back today but it turned red and looks more like an ingrown.

Dear Isaac,

I think the pictures simply show that you’ve got prominent sebaceous (grease) glands. That’s all. You shouldn’t puncture or squeeze them as you can run the risk of infection. And maybe that red angry-looking lump is a consequence.

You should get a sexual health check and show this to the nurse/doctor just to be certain. If you’re desperate to do something for the red lump, then stop squeezing it and apply some Savlon or similar antiseptic cream until you get checked.
