I have some bumps on my penis and I don't know what they could be. I've had them for awhile now. I'm 20 years old and I've never had sex. I do masterbate pretty frequently and I'm not sure if that could be the problem. I can squeeze some of the bumps(I try not to for the most part) and a white substance comes out.
Even if you hadn't said you've never had sex, I'd still think they were Fordyce spots, which are very common. They're a bit larger than normal, but I don't think I'd bother having treatment for them. They're nothing to do with masturbation, and you probably shouldn't be squeezing them.
They defo look like Fordyce spots so you have nothing to wory abut I think every guy has them.
