Recently some white hard bumps have appeared on my penis, with no pain to the touch or when I go to the bathroom. Some are hard and feel like scabs, while others don't have any bump at all, like they're just spots. I have not been sexually active in weeks, and every partner I have had has been a relationship where we have both been clean and tested. I am a little concerned about what it could possibly be, my first thought was a UTI of some sort, because there is no pain on the bumps (I read that herpes and such is painful). However, some of them aren't even bumps, just white spots. They also only appeared about a week or two ago. Who should I see to have myself tested? Can anyone help figure it out?
