Recently noticed some bumps on my penis glands with a couple around the urethra. Also some whitish spots under my shaft and around my foreskin, none of the spots or bumps seem to be clustered. Got a std test done but they all came back negative. At first i thought it was balantis because thats what it kinda looked like. Any idea what it could be?
