In highschool I was fairly sexually active. I'm now in college, and about a year ago i noticed this bump on my penis head. My girlfriend had recently gotten an IUD birth control implanted, and it was irritating during sex so we thought it was from that. I then went to go get it checked out by a doctor and it was basically gone. Now its back. Is this genital warts? Any information would be incredibly helpful.
