I looked at the pictures. The 2 little bumps could just be some pimple. Just leave them alone or put a warm rag on them to see if they will pop.
I also see you have Fordyce Spots. There is not much you can do for them They have nothing to do with sex. If you get to a doctor he can give you a cream that can fade them
They have something to do with hair follicle
