Hey, i have been experiencing some painless bumps on my penis head, and wonder if this could be HPV. my last sexual activity was 6 months ago. I need some advice please.
i feel like this might just be your skin texture, if you are really unsure/worried, then i suggest you book a doctors appt to get checked
any other advices please.
Hi, they look like pearly penile papules. You should have them checked up by your doctor at your next eventually just to be sure. But I see no urgency to do so.
here is a closer look, they are not painful or itch at all they are just there. What do you think?

I have the exact same thing as you. I plan to get them checked in a few weeks, but if you find out before I do. please let me know. I have had similar advice from others on the forum - that the bumps are your normal penis texture or are PPP. While I would love to think that’s true, I still feel like I need a medical diagnosis.
I have found about three different forum posts in here from guys who have our sane issue but none of the posts come to any type of final medical diagnosis.

I still believe they are pearly penile papules. They can be more visible if they are irritated and can also appear with time.
Make sure you use a gentle unperfumed soap and nothing else. If it causes discomfort, there is laser treatment available.
My ex-boyfriend had some around his gland and I never felt a thing.
i just checked my local STD clinic and they don’t offer genital wart screening. They recommended seeing a dermatologist. I’m going to try another place before I go that route.
