eczema cannot travel from one part of the body to another through skin contact. eczema is a immune response that happens internally. it isnt unheard of to have it on the genitalia however it is usually extremely red. i would get tested for stds. i wouldn’t assume this is from not washing your hands because i can almost guarantee most men would have symptoms like this if so. theres many other non-scary possibilities for this including just irritation or yeast.
