hello i have had these small bumps on the tip of foreskin. they have not been painful. i am uncircumcised and 21 yr old and have tested neg for chlamydia, gonn, syphilis, hiv. also have a black mark that appeared in area too. is it just pearly penile papules or could it be hpv or something serious?
wow were having the exact symptoms, did you ever see a urologist to rule out hpv?

regarding the black mark, it looks like an irregular form of melasma. it is not always malign, but you should get screened.
