I seem to have these clear pimple like bumps on my pubic bone and penis. They do not hurt or itch but I can pop them and clearish liquid comes out or they bleed. Really could use some help on identifying what it is. They seem to have started around a month ago. And I am sexually active but they only appeared after shaving one time.
I have bot had sex since i saw these and the two that are red or because i tried to pop them to see what came out

These bumps could be molluscum contagiosum (MC), a sexually transmitted viral skin infection. You should avoid shaving the area in case you inadvertently spread the infection to other parts; just trim with clippers instead. They are not genital warts, because warts are solid and don’t express liquid when squeezed.
Being an STD, you and your partner should get checked for other infections. Treatment for MC could be with cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen spray) or imiquimod cream. Either way, you’ll need to see your doctor.
