have been with a stable partner for years, had 2 mollescum bumps in groin but never had much problem with it. all of a sudden a few days ago a cluster of bumps appeared on shaft. the doc said they were also mollescum and applied podicon on them. after 2 days i started getting more tinier red bumps on the head of penis, and a itchy feeling in the uretha. Tho I was stupid cos I once used hand soap to wash the whole penis after seeing the doc. please help, what are these things??

Sorry that you are having a problem. The white little spots look like Fordyce Spots. They are from hair follicle I see your a hairy man. The other ones on the head could be balanitis try a fungal cream for that
You don’t say if you are having sex or masturbating. That will irritate the skin.

thanks, after some fungal cream the dots on penis head had subsided, however the pearly dots on the shaft are still there
Once you get the little dots you will always have them. You can go to the doctor and they can give you a cream to lighten them
