i just seen these bumps today after wiping i kinda felt them and checked myself they look like inflamed bumps with puss inside, at school before my butt was kinda sore but its very hot i was wearing tight clothes and sweating all day. I came home to see these bumps and i did have semi chunky discharge made me think i had a yeast infection. Also seen something that possibly looked like an ulcer but i do not know. My vagina is not in pain, it does not hurt when I pee and my discharge has no smell at all.
Might have infection or caused due to friction sore. Must see doctor
The photos are blurred, but you should get that bump examined. The discharge that you described points to a yeast infection, but I don’t think it is related to the puss filled bump.
