I'm too scared of what's appearing on my vaginal opening what could that be and it's so itchy ..

You should see a doctor and get tested for HPV.

Hi this might be inflammation caused by trich or BV. the same exact thing happened to me. whenbyou do your next sti screening ask them to test for trich as well as you have to ask for that as an add on. Wish you the best.
