The little white papules have been there for some time. The itchy rashes come and go and when I say come and go I mean bothersome for two to three weeks and then I won't notice for a week but very itchy and itches under my balls. Also, not sure what the raised mole/skin tag looking things are but they itch as well. The itching is the biggest issue.. Any advice would be appreciated so much.
Nathan, are you regularly having unprotected sex at the moment?
What you have in terms of the itchiness sounds like an infestation of some sort, this is most often part of a yeast / fungal overgrowth, but that is not the only potential cause
Combined with what you are describing as the raised bumps / skin tags it would be best to at least get what you currently have going on checked with your family doctor / GP, or even better, see a Dermatologist …
