Bumps/sores on one side of genitals with tenderness and cramps. What is it?

I recently began getting bumps/sores that sort of look like bug bites on the right side of my butt crack and vagina. It started with anal itching months ago that wasn't very bad so I just did my best not to irritate it. Now, they are spreading from the back to the front, getting more and more painful every hour. I've had these bumps for nearly a week now and they've not ulcerated, nor do they look like blisters, which leads me to believe it is not GH. I had swelling in the top right pelvic region that was tender to the touch, before it moved to my groin/top of my thigh. I believe I've also gotten a Bartholin's cyst. I should also note that I recently had my Mirena IUD replaced and was treated for Syphilis. Please help me, I've recently moved to a new state and havent been able to update my insurance so I can't even go to a doctor at this point.

You mentioned being treated or syphilis. At this point, even if there aren't multiple sores present between your vagina and rectum, you should contact your local health provider or personal doctor and inform him/her of this.

Genital sores / bumps are a very common symptom, and they're so common that they aren't even STD exclusive. I don't want to scare you but IUD has great negative side effects, ranging from your possible adverse reaction to cancer.

Contact your doctor and discuss what it's needed. If he has no idea, run some blood tests. My suspicion is that it's either a recurrent syphilis infection ( untreated successfully) or a side effect to the hormonal intrauterine device. This manifestation of bumps can also occur due to your immune system being weakened after fighting off syphilis.

I need some additional info about these bumps: are they uniform? do they look like rashes? did you had unprotected sex prior syphilis treatment? did you had any unprotected sex?

My feedback won't differ a lot from what I have to say now but it's always better to have some information. At any rate, seek help at your local clinic and work with your doctor.

If any change occurs, keep me updated.

Take care and stay safe.

I didn't know how to explain them and as I don't have insurance in my new state, or a doctor, I need to know if it's something I should be seen for immediately even without insurance.

It doesn't look very serious, looks like a case of isolated dermatitis / rash. In some instances there is even an acne resemblance.

Early genital herpes is not excluded. Just keep the area clean and dry and find a low cost health insurance for the time being. It should cover at least the basic expense. I'm not familiar or accustomed in this field so you would have to ask someone else, perhaps a family member, relative or friend.

But judging by the sores, it doesn't look like anything serious, I can tell that for the least. Home treatment might include having a sitz bath which is a warm water bath used for cleansing. Apply topical anesthetic cream on the area and ask for the pharmacists' advice.

That would be for the time being. In the meanwhile, find a lower fee insurance and if it doesn't resolve, use your resources to find a doctor.

Please keep me updated. Take care again.
