Hello! recently been noticing these bumps on my groin and genitalia. Cannot tell if they are related or coincidence. The ones on my groin and thigh butting up to my genitalia itch and appear to be filled with pus but do not pop. The ones on my shaft do not itch, but appear to be spreading as of recently...is this Molluscum contagiosum?? PLEASE HELP
based on the pictures you provided, molluscum contagiosum is your best bet
