Around 1 month ago I saw some tiny bumps under the foreskin. from past 2 weeks they are slightly itching especially when I wear tight clothes and feeling some burning sensation sometimes. Also foreskin is bit smelly. Though I am virgin but feeling nervous. Kindly Help
