Bumps under tongue + on gums. HPV?

i have these bumps under my tongue. along with a white tongue that wont go away and painless white tonsils. i also have white little dots on the top of my gums. is this normal or should it be HPV?image

u need to see a doctor the ones on the gums could be hpv warts
