Bumps under tongue would anyone possibly have any idea what could be

I have some small bumps under my tongue on frenlum I’m unsure how long they’ve been there for was hoping someone might possibly have ideas what they look like (possibly)would really appreciate. I am speaking to doctors hopefully tomorrow thanks in advance

Looking at the pictures, I don’t think it is something extremely abnormal.
I once had something similar and my doctor told me that the cause could have been a trauma, like a “callus” or a clogged salivary gland outlet.
Your doctor will be able to tell you better.

thank you very much for commenting I spoke to my doctor and after viewing the pictures she says there’s nothing to worry about look normal.i have no symptoms of pain or discomfort ect and never notice any change in appearance since noticing them.she says if any change to ring up.hopefully it’s just been me worrying over nothing.thanks again
