I'm 17 years old I have had these bumps on my penis since I was about 11. They don't itch or hurt or anything like that they just look bad. When I was 12 there was not as many bumps but they seem to spread over the years.I have never had any type of sex including oral so if it's an STD, I have no idea how I would have got especially since they first appeared when I was around 11. This makes me believe it's unlikely it's an STD. They are on the head of my penis Is it possible it something like Fordyce spots. Thanks for the help.
definitely not an STD. may just be the texture of your skin changing with age. but nothing really out of the ordinary.
As Regret has suggested I just think this is that way your skin has developed as while the puberty or maturation process was going on - your skin could change further until you are in your early or mid-twenties …

I have the exact same spots on mine. actually identical. was wondering if yours itched at all? mine have spread slightly too. did you ever figure out what it was?
