I am menopause I don’t know what because it’s three to four stages I am not sure. I was just wonder if any of you ladies get these fine little bump in your face. I am going through some symptoms like shortness of the breath. I can’t sleep at night I turn all night my lower part of my back is so sore, it feel like muscles be tighting up. my weight goes up and down my appetite goes and come I have to make my self eat, have ringing in the ears all day long. any of you ladies get any of these symptoms, please ladies help me please. I get bloated acid reflux kicks in I don’t know what to do ladies HELP HELP HELP PLEASE LADIES.
