Bunion and hammer toe surgery

I have bunion surgery and hammer toe surgery two weeks ago.
I just went to get something from behind my sofa and stood up and put all my weight on my foot that I had the surgery on.

I felt a small sharp pain do you think that I damage some thing or injured something? I don’t have any more pain right now and or any swelling.

I get that same feeling sometimes, but it goes away after a bit, im almost three weeks post op, do you still have pain?
