Burning and frequent urination no infection

Male- 23- otherwise “healthy”.

Sometimes I have burning pain in the mornings, I have no infections. Doctors didn’t seem too helpful although I have had bladder and kidney ultrasounds and they say they’re okay.

Right now I’m siting on the toilet. Will be for the next half hour. My penis is burning and my bladder keeps contracting like it’s trying to release more urine, but nothing is coming out. Which hurts even more.

This isn’t all the time.

Could it be due to rough/over masturbation?

I usually try to urinate about 15-20 minutes after masturbating.  But I didn’t last night.

I will have to keep a journal to see if this pattern could be why.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi, I gather no infections includes no STI’s? If you haven’t been checked, definitely get an STI test as this can cause similar issues.

Do You drink at least 3 to 4 litres per day of water  As if you don't put fluid in it want cum out!
