Burning heart sensation

Hi, does anyone experience like a heart burn sensation? 

I suffer with severe health anxiety and the physical symptoms are taking over my life. I was checked out two weeks ago with every test on my heart and they came back fine.

All the time ANXIETY HORRIBLE I also ended up in A&E thinking I was having heart attack all tests clear do some mindfulness on YouTube it does help good luckxx

I suffer with severe health anxiety too . I get the burning in the middle of my chest it's horrible .. also horrible thoughts always think I'm dying even tho I no I'm not but it's hard to tell your sub contious mind that's there's nothing wrong with you because it will always tell you there is . It's horrible I know exactly what your going threw. I'm 23 been suffering now for about 1 year my dad also suffered with it.

Hi anxiety can cause all sorts of problems it affects your digestive system I take gaviscon or milk of magnessa for heart burn xxxx

Thank you Carol, luckily it’s worn enough a bit now but I’m gonna make sure I have some gaviscon for next time! xx

Yup I’ve been to A&E and also had the ambulance out on another occasion. 

It’s such a horrible illness xx

Yeah I think bad thoughts all the time, I’m convinced I’m gonna die from a heart attack or blood clot or something. I started therapy last week so fingers crossed it helps a bit. 

I hope you feel better soon

Same as me with the heart attack .. can not stop thinking about it . Every time get little pain in my chest I think the worst
