Hello, My first symptom was after having oral sex i felt a sharp pain as if my partner had a tongue ring. I started having abdominal pains as if i couldn't breathe on my left side or sleep on it it was a pain as if i were to be in the middle of a conversation and someone socked in the stomach. I was told then i had a light case of UTI so they sent me home with stomach medicine and NITROFURANTOIN . I over looked it then went on with my life Then when July rolled around i felt as if my airnb at the time ac was strangely so cold that i could feel the air making me feel sharp pains on my penile head. I thought maybe i may have accidentaly washed or irritated my penile head. After the end of July sharp stomach to abdominal pain came around and has progress to either the bottom portion of lung or kidney making me have a shortness of breath and have menopause or hot flashes. I went to a free STD clinic only to find my test results all came back negative for chlamydia, gonorrhea Syphilis and HIV rapid. Around the end of November i finally got to see a Urologist who also took a urine sample and said everything came back negative and gave me FLUZOL. Still the problem persisted. Now im in the month of October. I went to ER to get a shot in my butt and a ZPACK it helped for 1-2 days. I waited for my Urine test results and still chlamydia and gonorrhea test came back negative. But strangely enough listed in my results it said UA Bacteria was abnormal this was on the 10/08/ on 10/18 i called a Advice Nurse they recommended that i take a luke warm baking soda bath it relieve the pain for 2 hours then the pain back and it was now not only leaking but back to that sharp throbbing pain. I went to the er to day to only find everything came back negative and they saw a little blood in my urine sample but nothing major and they want me to take NITROFURANTOIN again...Smh I dont know if im losing my mind here but it seems to feel as if something is growing on my penile head. Even though the baking soda made it flare up something terrible I can now pin point where i feel the sharp throbbing pain. I feel if looking in dark and having a light i can see a fungal like ring faintly on my penile head. Like a not complete circle like a line The sum up is test results 1st test light uti 2nd up to 4th all negative medications taken NITROFURANTOIN FLUCONAZOLE FLUZOL ZPACK BUTT SHOT AZO( for pain relief) Symptoms Dripping clear leakage urethra Burning itching throbbing inside penile head and on the penile head Not complete circular like incoming rash like pain or strain on left chest area rather its end of lung or kidney shortness of breath hot flashes like menopause straining feeling on urethra PLEASE HELP.
