I have recently started to feel that the end of my tongue was tingly/numb, from there it feels like it's hot and sore. The roof of my mouth and gums feel the same, and my guns are bleeding. I have recently gone back onto Femoston 2/10 hrt. I was on it in the past but couldn't cope without it. I was sweating profusely all day long. I never had these symptoms the last time I took it. So not sure whether to stop taking it, or just plough on for a couple of months?
Hi janelee, my tongue going back was tingly & sore it lasted a few weeks mine started when I restarted taking HRT. Its settled now so try give it a couple more weeks more. Its not nice I know, if not any better by then maybe go back to your GP.
I'd certainly like to hear more about your experience. Within the first hour after putting on my first patch (low .025mg) I had a spot on the left upper roof of my mouth. It has never gone away. So I'd like to hear about other women's experience with the mouth sore gums, tingling and soreness. I've had my dentist look at it multiple times and he always says he can't see anything unusual.
