So for about the past two weeks Ive had a varying burning sensation in the tip of my penis usually, but not always associated with urinating. Some days I dont feel any burning at all but when I do, i think it feels internal and if i point it out, it feels to becoming from right under the head. I tested positive for Chlymidia about four weeks ago(which these symptoms mimiced), was treated and re-tested negative after seeing my GP again earlier this week. I'm at a loss and I just want some type of treatment for whatever the issue maybe. I noticed one red dot after seeing the GP (who was not my usual Dr and did not re-examine my penis) so I have included a picture to see if anyone sees something abnormal. I didnt see anything that would be overly concerning. I did schedule a STD check on my own for tomorrow morning but I would like some feedback. 27, last had sex almost three months ago and apart from the described issues, i feel fine( no flu symptoms, no scabs, no blisters,no itch)
