I am a 23 year old male who has had a history of Urologic problems. One of the most annoying and painful is agonizing burning sensation shortly after masturbation. Drinking water seems to help, and it usually goes away after a short while. My doctor is unsure of the nature of this pain, and I have been treated for possible internal tissue damage or inflammation. I have wondered if this could be prostate related in anyway? They never check that for me since I am so young. Has anyone else had anything similar to these types of symptoms?
Have you considered the following that can cause a burning feeling:
Chlamydia
trichomoniasis
Disorders that affect the nervous system, such as diabetes

I assume they have tested for Prostatitis? I had Prostatitis when I was in my 20’s. Urologist was finally able to help me get it under control.
