Burning/sensitive skin on arms, back and legs. Muscle twitching 6 days on Citalopram?

Hi all,
ive recently began taking Citalopram 6 days ago. I’m aware that many side effects can come along with the adjustment at the beginning. I am reaching out in hopes that some others may be able to validate that the burning/sensitive skin and muscle twitching may be due to the new medication? It seems to be worse at night when my anxiety has been heightened. Thank you in advance!

hi Jenna - yes unfortunately side effects but they do wear off over time. I had them too

thank you for the reply. -i’ve also had an increase in urine frequency, as if i feel like i continuously have to, but my bladder is nearly empty. Does this happen to sound familiar as well?

i fidnt have that but i have heard thst its a side effect
