Hi, for the last 3-4 years I have experienced burning and discomfort in my penis. It tends to be in the urethra with my urine going through cycles of cloudiness over and over again. Any urine test i do comes back negative. Ejaculation seems to agitate the situation. The glans of my penis head seem to be red and wrinkled as seen in the attached image. I have had a cystoscopy and all seemed fine to my doctor. Anyone have any ideas?
Also it isn’t an std as that wouldn’t be possible.
