burning while urinating after masturbation and a lump on my left testicle

hi, i am 24 years old, i noticed a lump in my left testicle when i was 19. afterwards, i went immedietely to my GP in order to know what is it as it was accompanied with a burning in the top of my penis after ejaculation, facing difficulties while urinating as well as the need to urinate frequently. i did an ultrasound and it showed that i have an epididymis. the lump by days started to get bigger and bigger, and the urinating problems comes every 6 months and last for three weeks before leaving. now im concerned as i went for a vacation to thailand last month and had protected sex with three different whores. when i came back, i had the urinating pain after masterbation and it goes gradually. however it comes back after masterbation again. three days ago, i started to feel a pain in the lump as well as the left part of my lower abdomen. there are no discharges at all. shall i be afraid of an std??

in regards to the burning problem after masturbation, i encounter this problem since my puberty nad i face it from time to time for unknown reason. please advise me as im really anxious and depressed.

All men have an epididymis.  You might have epideidimytis. I suggest you see a urologist.

You need to see a good UROLOGIST. A gp is not trained to deal with this type of problem. It should be malpractice for them to try.

Lumps on testicles were dealt with last night on "Embarassing bodies" if you can find the episode on catch up!

Regarding nealpros post in this country [and this is a UK website] the first point of call is the GP.  The GP will normally assess the nature and potential seriousness of what s/he considers you have and may well start some conservative treatment such as antibiotics.  Only later will a hospital referral to a urologist be made if there is no improvement.
