does anyones getting burning feeling running up there chest to head
I just posted in another forum about this feeling Nicola. I get that same sensation when I try to nap, or it wakes me up at night. I don't sweat, I just get this incredible wave of heat and tingling in my upper arms, ears and face. It was one of my first symptoms of anxiety and underlying depression, and it stopped a few months after I went onto AD. Since increasing my dose, it has returned. Just horrible. Are you on medication ? Lee
i was on amitryptaline but they just swapped me to sertaline but think im taking it at the wrong time as i take it in the evening and i cant sleep now
Hey Nicola yes I get it really bad it feels way scary have been to gp a number of times about it but he just says its anxiety will go away it self
it is horrible
I get a burning in my stomach and it travels to my chest (could be acid reflux/heartburt too) and then when I panic, I get a really cold sensation in my chest.
