More or less...yes. If you want to control LS than you have to keep doing it.....

Honestly you get used to it and it becomes part of what you do when bisiting the loo.

I also feel it helps to keep everything hygienic and freshens you up .

So i see myself as a very clean girl 🤗

I use dermeze which coats the area. I use it if I go to the pool and to protect daily. I was told not to wet the area over and over so never have.

Hi Linda, are you drinking lots of water? Maybe your urine is too concentrated.

Hi Kathleen, that is interesting that you don’t spray after urination? Do you have burning when you go? Do you keep reapplying Dermeze after going? I am thinking when I am out and about it is kinda hard to carry a water spray bottle..

I use the ointment at night on going to bed so it works overnight.

The Dermeze protects the skin throughout the day even in the pool.

I have a bidet but only use after number two and not in the front area.

The vagina itself is self cleaning and best left alone. I have a soap free gentle wash for the shower and use that everywhere as I have sensitive skin.

Of course everyone chooses what is best for them.
