Anyone else get sudden bursts of energy? I was up at 5.30am.I've done the washing,ironing,hoovering,had a bath and done my hair.Now I am struggling to move and fighting to stay awake!.....In future I'm just going to turn over and try my best to go back to sleep!
I have the same! But I thought is was an individual thing. Burts of superhuman energy and then complete exhaustion. Slowing down or going back to bed doesn't help in my case, I just do all the crazy things and then take a day of rest.
I do things like that, then I suffer for a few days after. We never learn do we.. Relax an have a cuppa..
I wish....only when I'm on a cortisone regime, take it easy, it sometimes can hurt after..:-) xxxx
I had to have a little sleep and I am back to normal now which,for me,is stiff and aching all over.
this is extremly common with fibro and we all do the same run around like a dog with fleas doing loads of stuff then are completly knackered
