Bursting pain and pressure in abdomen

Hello,

For the past Month i had Stomach pain and pressure. It's around belly button, sometimes above belly button in the middle of the stomach.

The pain starts like a pressure, and i can feel it building up and for a few seconds the pain is so bad i can hardly take it, it helps if i bend forward but only a bit. I don't know how to describe the pain, i feel like something will burst/explode in my stomach.

Pain is not there all the time, it comes and goes, but lately i have been having this feeling like butterflies in my stomach.

For the past 2 years i had that pain after drinking alcohol, but only the next day. It comes and last for about 30 min to 2 hours.

I also have some stomach problems when i eat fried food,

Also few days ago my chest and upper back started to hurt, later that day my hearth started beating really fast, i went to the ER, my hearth rate was around 150. Later it calmed down, and they suggested i might have Hiatal Hernia. I will schedule Endoscopy to see what is wrong with me.

Recently i am also having headaches, mostly back of my head, i also feel dizzy after eating.

2 years ago i had similar episodes and went to ER, i though it was something with Pancreatitis but my blood was mostly normal.

Headaches started a month ago, when i was having a stomach pain episode, i felt like the pain traveled from my stomach to back of my head, weird feeling.

And also i tend to urinate a lot during the day.

Please, does anyone have any idea what that might be?

When the pain starts, mostly after eating, i also have a burning sensation in stomach, combined with pressure. It's hard for me to relax with such a pressure so it only gets worse.

Is it possible all that pain is due to something like Acid reflux or h. pylori?

Those few seconds of pressure when the pain is at it's worst, one time that pressure radiated into my middle back, and one time in the back of the head.

Hi Dan12345678

Ask your doc to test you for Hpylori..it's done via breath test, stool test or endoscopy and blood test but a blood test does not always show HP. Also, keep a food diary of the foods that cause the pain and eliminate those foods from your diet. Fried, greasy and spicey food will cause pain and acid reflux also fizzy drinks and acidic fruits. Cut out caffeine and drink warm tea, coffee and milk not hot drinks also drink plenty of water....cut out alcohol and cigs if you smoke. If you want to eliminate acid reflux and stomach pain we have to help ourselves to make our lives better....hope this helps...

Endoscopy for stomach, HIDA and ultrasound for gallbladder is the right direction
