Morning all,
well i got a good nights sleep, and today the pain is gone maybe it was sitting/lying in the dentists chair, anyway today I'm taking it easy, thank god for the internet, hope you all have a great day, oh Scottish weather report, cloudy chance of rain, humid, typical Scottish summer lol

Seems to be brightening up here in Norfolk. So glad your feeling a bit better, I think as things go a bit awry we tend to think the worst until we are told different funny species arn't we worry over nothing......
Well Lynne it's your right hip and my left hip so together we are a pair
I am just taking it easy today, just think I overdid it yesterday.
Sun has come out here in kent as well after a showery start
glad you slept well and the pain has gone. Strange how these pains can be there one minute gone the next!!

Hi Lynne, poor you! At least you're taking it easy today! I am just over 4and a half months,and still finding it awkward.I am a carer for my hubby too! He too has oa of the spine,hips and knee's! Also deaf and severely sighted! Anyway regards Amanda

seeing your consultant at night!! that's amazing, hope it's all good news, I'm sitting down with a swollen ankle, yes i know done too much, I just re organised the kitchen cupboards , so I can reach the pans easily, but it's a job well done, and if I don't do it there's nobody else to do it, have a nice evening,
