Buzzing on bottom of feet feeling

Its off and on throughout the day, anyone else get this symptom? I have a headache in the front of my head, and behind my left eye ... it comes and goes also. Its been for about three weeks and im getting more worried. The more I think about it the more i feel it. Please help.

Last night I had a quick buzz in my ear that lasted about three seconds then went away...

Could this really all be related to anxiety?? Im getting so nervous. I had blood work, a ct scan, a heart monitor, so much stuff, and they say the only thing was low vitamin D. Help.

I also have hypothyroidism.

Hi Desiree, no need to worry it's anxiety, you have become hyper vigilant of any sensation in your body such as the buzz sound in your ear which under normal circumstances you would ignore or not even hear it. I get a high pitched sound in mine.

The headache is definitely anxiety as your experiencing it more due to the fact that your worried about it more, it's more than likely a tension headache but try drinking a bit more water as dehydration can cause headaches.

Youve had the usual tests and all ok apart from low vit D which my last blood test showed so again it's all down to anxiety.

Dont worry Desiree you'll be fine.

Thank you, I just hope it is. I get so worried it could be something else... Ugh...

And just to add to make you feel a little better, I have had buzzing on and off in my right foot for over. Two years. Due to anxiety and stress.

I also get several other symptoms of anxiety but I'm learning how to manage it.

No need to worry.  Just try to manage the anxiety by counseling, doing things that calm you down like meditations on YouTube for anxiety, staying active and social.

The worst thing you can do is think about it all the time because it will get worse because you're making your brain more anxious which means more symptoms. Just remember any symptoms related to anxiety cannot hurt you. You will be fine.
