BV or Yeast infection? or something else? help.

Ive had this issue for awhile now and not sure what it is, my first encounter with it, it was itchy and stung for awhile, as time went by the pain went away. Until recently i noticed a foul smell, and it was whenever i sweat or did something for too long without having a shower. I took a photo and saw this;

[](https://) Never been sexually active, and have had this issue for months, cannot see a doctor due to my age (still a teen), parents not as understanding. Was wondering if there was any over the counter medicine to treat it. It was a bit worse before however the fishy odour has become unbearable when doing daily activities Anyone with any advice please interact as it would help thanks.
