Insert it into yr vagina. Just make sure the brand you buy is silicone encapsulated. It didn't cure me, but it helped with the smell a little. But everyone is different.
I’m sorry you didn’t have any change since taking the antibiotic 
. I have not used rose hip with vitamin C, but I have seen others who have and had improvement in symptoms. I don’t recall how it was used though
Yea Solosec didn’t help me at all 🙄. Have you tried the boric acid suppositories? Im on day two and my BV is almost cleared up. My first one I took yesterday morning and by the time I got out of work no smell. I had used them once before for only three days but had to stop because I had a gyno appointment but I was clear for two days after that. I’m going to do them for 14 days then hopefully I’ll see enough improvement to go to 2-3 times a week. Fingers crossed but so far this has been the most relief I have felt in months.
I have taken the rose hips a while back but it didn’t help me. I was just taking orally though.
Thank you all for the replies. I tried boric acid back in April. It didn’t clear it and after a week of taking it, irritated me badly.
I actually take it orally and insert it. Started 3 days ago, I do believe there is a change I haven’t been experiencing any odor after the second day.

Also I keep getting confirmed Bv cultures. My only symptom is itching. I’ve never had odor. I wonder why everyone is so different
Not any special kind, just regular vitamin C with rose hips from Vitamin Shoppe, just try to push it up inside as far as you can. When I first did it I did experience irritation, so the next time I did it I lubricated the pill in coconut oil. Smh idk why either, I literally had the most embarrassing smell ever; best of luck to you.

That is true but I’m not sure that it’ll cure the Bv alone. I’ve never tried orally, I always use it topically. I’m going to read up on that
