Yes but they burned me, I use acidolphilus. I thought of the tampon trick because the pessary costs 50 dollars and also I live in a small town, drugstore doesnt carry them
I heard they burn & I don't wanna get burned so I might buy what you use. What brand do you use & they work? How long have you been taking them?
I take vit D3 also vit b with folic acid, also vit C 500 iu and acidolphilus orally, then i insert tthe acidolphilus vaginally as well. I get what is on sale at healthfood store and check your absorbsion rates, any good health food store will have someone to help you. It gets expensive so go when there are coupons or buy one get one free deal. It helps keep BV at bay. Unfortunately I still eat sugar so I think that is why mine doesnt totally go away. I bought mini ice cube trays on line. I made suppositories with yogurt and 125mg of vitamin c. I think next time I will line the ice cube tray with coconut oil first. It will be much easier to get the cubes out of the tray, I hope. I keep them in the freezer. I have tried making coconut oil and cocobutter suppositires as well. They are a little messier and i still had a lot of burning fromt the vitamin C. The yogurt is not very messy. It is a small amount. It also prevents the burning. This is working great for me. I use a probiotic at the same time.
