Does anybody have recommendations for a Calcium calculator? I found several in google, but they don't include many foods. They are very limited. I started taking liquid calcium, but it upsets my stomach

I will definitely try that, Shelia. I took it first thing in the morning a few times hoping it would work better, but it's making me sick. I was also taking it before meals. That is probably what was wrong. I started taking it after meals today. Thank you so much for your reply and advise.
