Hi all! I'm want to ask about calcium score test how works , my cardiologist recomand this test as a last thing in my heart medical history just for peace of mind, and I'm looking to get some reassurance still with the chest discomfort, havinnes , left shoulder pain too! I was last week in ER and they just reassure that my heart is fine but the simptoms are still making my life so hard! My anxiety is improving those last day , I'm trying to exercise more and to keep my mind busy all day
I never heard of that test. But look it up on line 🌹👍You should have great relief your Dr said your heart is fine. I always tripped on my heart to. It started at 19. I'm 62 today , should of believed my Dr. Ha ! Would of saved me a lot of grief. They can tell with your blood too if you have a heart problem. Your fine🙃Anxiety🙀🙀👌👊

If you have suffered the tests you need to try and accept your GP and Specialists views.
Sometimes we can have chest discomfort if we are not sitting straight and slumping.
Try sitting straight and push your shoulders and neck straight by pushing your spine in towards the back of tthe chair and allow your neck to be pushed in straight by pushing the chin in toward the neck
