Venlafaxin + Mirtazipine

I have a cousin who is on these meds and has been doing really well she started on Venlafaxin then the mirt was added think it's Venlafaxin in mornings and mirtazapine at nights she takes

I have been on Ven 225mg for about 2 years now. Twice my Pysch has added 30mg Mirt.
As a short term boost for when my mood is very low. The combination of the 2 is incredible for me. Within a week I can tell the difference and I feel more positive.
I was initially cautious of the mirt as I have taken it previously before I was on Ven and it didn’t work.
I also take 200mg of Quetiapine.
I have a diagnosis of Major depressive disorder along with EUPD.
The 2 taken together is serious stuff and I have to keep in close contact with my Dr as it can cause me to be 2 high.
If you have been offered the combination I would certainly try it as it really is rocket fuel.
